Our Team
After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1979, John N. Fox, Jr. received his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University in 1982. He was sworn in as a member of the Maryland bar on December 9, 1982. John has been with the firm since 1986. He’s a member of the Maryland Association for Justice (formerly known as the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association), and is also a member of the Criminal Law and Practice and the Trusts and Estates sections of the Maryland State Bar.
Ilene Kahn graduated from the University of Maryland in 1978, and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore in 1982. She was admitted to the bar in 1982, and has been practicing law at the firm since law school. Ilene is a member of the Negligence, Insurance and Workers’ Compensation sections of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Philip Bender graduated from Loyola College in Maryland in 1992. Phil received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore in 1996, and has been practicing law at the firm ever since. He’s a member of the Maryland Association for Justice (formerly known as the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association), and is also a member of the Criminal Law and Litigation sections of the Maryland State Bar.
Mr. Sellers founded our firm in 1974. He retired in 2002.
