After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1979, John N. Fox, Jr. received his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University in 1982. He was sworn in as a member of the Maryland bar on December 9, 1982. John has been with the firm since 1986. He’s a member of the Maryland Association for Justice (formerly known as the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association), and is also a member of the Criminal Law and Practice and the Trusts and Estates sections of the Maryland State Bar.
Philip Bender graduated from Loyola College in Maryland in 1992. Phil received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore in 1996, and has been practicing law at the firm ever since. He’s a member of the Maryland Association for Justice (formerly known as the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association), and is also a member of the Criminal Law and Litigation sections of the Maryland State Bar.
